3rd Annual Tennis Tournament

All proceeds will benefit Alzheimer’s Association and The Bern’s Angels 

for our Community Education Outreach Campaign, which focuses on early detection 

and resourceful advocates to families living with Alzheimer’s disease. 

Through tennis and other fund-raising activities, Bern's Angels aim to ACE ALZHEIMERs through community-based outreach and education to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s focusing on the following goals:

• Strengthen the community knowledge base of Alzheimer’s health literacy by disseminating National Alzheimer’s Association approved literature to the community.
• Increase awareness of the importance of research involvement, including clinical trials that advance treatment options.
• Increase awareness of warning signs, memory screening and when to schedule a doctor’s appointment to improve early Alzheimer’s detection and treatment options.
• Increase knowledge of community resources designed to support family caregivers.
• Increase the number of community partners and collaborators by working together to confront Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia.
